I am very excited to be collaborating with Blue Cross NC to host a 5-Day Walking Challenge, virtually! The aim is to walk 10 minutes a day (or whatever you can do) for five days straight, Monday, April 18 through Friday, April 22, 2022. Friday is Earth Day as well — what better chance to get outdoors and soak up some sunshine, fresh air and nature.
Walking is so great for us, physically and mentally. But most of us are busy and it isn’t always on our minds to stop and go outside for a quick walking break. That’s why a 5-day Challenge can be so helpful! It’s FREE and fun. Won’t you join me?
