I am very excited to be collaborating with Blue Cross NC to host a 5-Day Walking Challenge, virtually! The aim is to walk 10 minutes a day (or whatever you can do) for five days straight. We’ll start this the day after Memorial Day, June 1-5.
Walking is so great for us, physically and mentally. But most of us are busy and it isn’t always on our minds to stop and go outside for a quick walking break. That’s why a 5-day Challenge can be so helpful! It’s free and fun. Won’t you join me?
