Join me for a breakout session at the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women online event

I’m excited to announce that I am leading one of the breakout sessions for the American Heart Association’s Triangle Go Red for Women annual wellness event, which is being held ONLINE this year! It is FREE to register. The event is Friday, May 14, 2021, from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

My breakout session is from 11:30-11:45 a.m. and is entitled “Get Moving – Incorporating Activity During Your Day.” During the session I’ll lead you through a series of exercises you can do at (or near) your desk, seated or standing – especially to help your back, neck and shoulders feel better.
