Fighting diabetes? Here’s the exercise you need to do

Diabetes is a chronic health condition that affects how your body turns food into energy. Diabetes management isn’t all about healthy eating, however. Exercise — specifically strength training — is a way to manage or prevent type 2 diabetes, research has found.
