Here’s my easy, delicious balsamic vinaigrette recipe. UPDATE: I’ve started using 1 tablespoon of honey instead of the brown sugar, and I like this even better. Coconut palm sugar could also be used.
Best to store in the refrigerator. The oil will thicken, but let it set out for a few minutes and it will return to normal consistency at room temperature. Stir well before serving.
