Come to my free Yoga mini class at the Blue Cross NC center opening in Raleigh

I’m excited to be a part of the grand opening celebration of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina’s new center at Brier Creek Commons in Raleigh!

I will be leading FREE 10 minute Gentle Yoga classes every 30 minutes on Friday, October 5 from 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 6 from 2:00-7:00 p.m. My classes will be held in the tented area outside the new store. This is a chair and standing routine suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Can be done seated if you prefer; chairs will be provided. Please mark your calendar and come on out!

They have a full itinerary of festivities planned. I can’t wait. Hope to see you there!
