Muffins are a sweet treat that makes a welcome addition to any meal, or wonderful on its own as a snack or quick breakfast. It’s also a sneaky way to get some more healthy fruit into your diet!
Muffins are also super easy to make. For two of these recipes, you don’t even need a mixer.
Here are easy recipes for three of my favorite muffins, with both regular and gluten-free versions included — banana chocolate chip, blueberry, and strawberry. Enjoy!
Banana chocolate chip muffins (regular + gluten free)
When you have bananas that are over-ripened and need to be used up, these muffins are a great option. Recipe
