Graham Walks + 2 walking workshops

I’m once again partnering with the City of Graham Recreation and Parks Department on a wonderful community initiative, Graham Walks!

The spring Graham Walks Program lasts for 5 weeks beginning on Wednesday, April 4 and ending on Wednesday, May 9. It’s a self-paced program to help you average 7K steps a day, and you can win some great prizes (including a personal training package with ME!). Read more and register online here

Upcoming workshops

As part of Graham Walks, I’ll be giving two free walking workshops in downtown Graham! They will be held at Sesquicentennial Park (across from the courthouse). Please mark your calendar and come on out:

Wednesday, April 11 at noon – “Essential Stretches for Walkers.” I’ll personally lead you through a brand NEW routine I’ve created of stretches to help warm you up and prevent injury.

Wednesday, May 1 at noon (rescheduled from April 25) – “How to Walk Off the Weight!”
