I believe in daily exercise. It has been key #1 to my weight loss success, and how I went from feeling sick and tired all the time to feeling great most of the time.
I believe that diets don’t work.
I believe that eating the foods I love — in moderation — combined with healthy eating in general, has been key #2 to my weight loss and improved health.
I believe chocolate is a daily necessity for me.
I believe I love to make cookies just to eat the dough.
I don’t believe trying to be certain size or number on the scale should be what’s most important. I believe taking care of yourself is.
I believe it’s never too late to try to accomplish your dreams and goals in life.
