What I Believe

August 6, 2012 By Michelle Rogers

I believe every woman is beautiful.

I believe in daily exercise. It has been key #1 to my weight loss success, and how I went from feeling sick and tired to feeling great most of the time.

I believe that diets don’t work.

I believe that eating the foods I love — in moderation — combined with healthy eating in general, has been key #2 to my weight loss and improved health.

I don’t believe trying to be certain size or number on the scale should be what’s most important. I believe taking care of yourself is.

I believe it’s never too late to try to accomplish your dreams and goals in life.

I believe that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).

I love what you have started here. And yes — your beliefs are terrific — especially about not obsessing over specific numbers, but becoming healthy, and celebrating your own individual beauty as a woman. However many people we have saying this — we need more, until everybody understands. The same holds true for your stance on chocolate! 🙂
